Before using this pigment, it’s important to determine whether Hawink tattoo ink is safe for your skin. Does it contain skin-friendly ingredients? According to the seller’s description, this pigment includes the following primary ingredients:

• Pure water – 96.5%
• Alcohol – 1.58%
• Listerine preservative – 1.17%
• Pigments – 0.32%
• Glycerin – 0.27%
• Propylene glycol – 0.08%
• Witch hazel tincture – 0.08%

All these substances are generally considered safe for use on the skin and are commonly found in other quality tattoo inks. However, we have yet to test Hawink ink on human skin. Some online reviews suggest that this pigment may cause skin irritation after application. Therefore, practicing different tattooing techniques on fake tattoo skin is a good idea before using it on real skin.

Consistency And Flow

Hawink Tattoo Ink is super consistent and easier to mix. We used it on fake tattoo skin, and it works well and stays vibrant once it dries completely. Moreover, colors are very durable and long-lasting and hold perfectly without fading tattoo. But this Ink is super watery, although this is fine for tattoo artists who dislike runny or thick Ink. 

Packing And Safety Details 

The packaging of these ink bottles could be improved. Opening the seal beneath the cap is one of the most frustrating aspects of this ink; removing the seal with just a finger is nearly impossible. The bottle provides information regarding the best-before and expiration dates. However, it’s worth noting that this ink is only effective for one and a half years, whereas most tattoo inks typically last up to three years. Therefore, consider this aspect before deciding to purchase Hawink ink.

 However, some of them, like green shade, are thick and do not penetrate well on the skin. Furthermore, it appeared faint when we tried creating outlines on practice skin using black Ink. We typically recommend Dynamic Black Ink for black outlining, which is our preferred choice.

When it comes to Hawink ink, I found that it has no significant issues regarding shading, color packing, and lining. The lines created with this pigment appear sharp, fine, and bold. Moreover, it packs perfectly and remains very bright and long-lasting with no fading.

We assess ink quality based on color vibrancy, brightness, longevity, smooth application, and vegan ingredients. When it comes to these criteria, Hawink Tattoo Ink excels in terms of vibrancy, boldness, longevity, and smooth application.  However, it is slightly more watery than most other brand tattoo inks. This means you are less likely to encounter undesirable outcomes during tattooing, such as uneven lines, poor color saturation, or imprecise lines.

Is Hawink Ink Good To Use?

This pigment is only reasonable for practicing skin to learn different styles and tattooing techniques. This has 14 14-color sets, so you can build your tattoo skill without buying each ink color separately. But this is not great to use for professional tattooing work.
