 It features a wireless power supply and a powerful Japanese Coreless Motor. The motor ensures smooth and uninterrupted strokes, even on longer tattooing sessions or tough skin. It also features a 1950mAh battery that provides longer battery performance. Ambition Soldier has a lightweight and ergonomic design that provides a comfortable grip and easier control, thereby enabling artists to work with more precision and control.

Its lightweight design ensures steady handling and reduces hand fatigue. However, this machine makes a bit of extra vibration that could be an issue for beginner tattoo artists. Its length is 148 mm, which I prefer as it provides a comfortable grip. Also, it allows complete control over the device, leading to greater precision in intricate and detailed work, such as shading and lining. 

This tattoo pen has a detachable feature, making it clean and easier to reduce factors such as build ink, dirt, and other debris, product customization, and replacement of damaged parts. With wireless components, this makes it highly portable in comparison to coil tattoo machines. Moreover, I easily gripped this machine without needing to tangle cords.

Battery And Power Conversion (8/10)

The Ambition Soldier wireless battery pack has a 1950mAh storage capacity, with a built-in 3x 650 mAh lithium battery that enables a strong power source for the machine. As a result, it provides excellent performance for long sessions like creating sleeve or chest tattoo designs.

Moreover, the machine can operate for extended periods at a single charge. To confirm the battery performance, I ran this wireless tattooing machine at 9v, which lasted about 6 hours on a single charge. This means that the Ambition Soldier has a battery life of almost 6 hours.

This can be advantageous for tattoo artists who need to work for extended periods without interruption, such as during large-scale sessions or when a power source is not easily available. Ambition Soldier has installed a custom coreless Japanese-made motor, which is exceptionally powerful and efficient. To test its performance, I used it for more than five days in long tattooing sessions, and during that time, it proved reliable and consistent in performance.

But when I ran it at a higher voltage, such as 9 or 10, I started experiencing extra vibration, which was very uncomfortable to hold. Even if I ran it at a low voltage, it still created the same amount of vibration. Therefore, if you feel uncomfortable with extra vibration, there may be other better tools for you.

Moreover, like other wireless tattoo machines, Ambition Soldiers allows you to set the operating voltage. You can set the voltage between 5v and 12v, but I recommend operating this machine at 6v to 8v for the best performance and battery timing.

This cordless tattoo machine is compatible with all tattoo cartridge needle types, which would aid the artist in choosing from a wide range of needle options. In the end, it will improve the artist’s efficiency and flexibility. It also comes with a direct drive system that provides consistent needle depth and speed, smoother and quieter operation, and more precise control over the machine. The direct drive system in a pen-style device can make it a stronger and better tattoo machine for both lining and shading.

The needle moves smoothly and consistently through this system, helping the artist create clean and precise lines. At the same time, the motor’s power can be adjusted to deliver more force for shading, resulting in faster and more efficient coverage of larger areas. Ambition Soldier is proven to be the best wireless tattoo machine. Due to its persistent battery life, adjustable voltage, wireless connectivity, and precise performance, it has been remarkably pleasing to all professional tattoo artists. However, at higher voltages, it produces additional vibration, which is preferable. Moreover, the battery duration could be better than that of other leading rotary tattoo machines, such as the Mast Lancer.

Furthermore, this machine is available in two variants. One supports a stroke length of 3.5 mm, and the other 4.5mm. Unfortunately, you must purchase separately with the required stroke lengths.
